Cheeseball

Mom

8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 teaspoon buttermilk Ranch dressing mix
Longhorn Cheese, lots - finely grated
Pecans - finely chopped

Mix all ingredients together and form into a ball. Roll in finely chopped pecans.
